Ian Goh is Lecturer in Classics & Ancient History at the University of Exeter. Prof. Goh has worked extensively on Roman satire, especially on the founder of the genre, the second-century poet Lucilius. Among his other interests are political and intellectual history; early Augustan love elegy; and ancient medicine. His current project is called Scipionic Family History in the Roman Republic and Beyond: Nasica in Politics, Name, and Memory.
