Book Arts Workshop-Making a Coptic Binding

There are many variations of this historical binding, often used for journals due to its ability to open flat. Generally characterized by a chained stitch across the spine, we will make a variation that uses two-needle sewing. Our model will be sewn with plain off-white pages and sturdy board covers.
